Mississippi Member - New to MD'ing
Hello all,
I am brand new to metal detecting, and stumbled up on this site last night. I'm a 23 year old chemical engineer from northeast Mississippi. I got my first metal detector for Christmas yesterday, a Tesoro Silver uMax. I also got some Grey Ghost headphones, a hand pick, and a belt with some pockets. I'm very pleased with the setup. I now officially have the bug. Just wanted to say hello to everyone, and thanks for insight I've already been given from reading around on here. - ChemLabRat

Hiya ChemLabRat
Newbie here also but in SW Mississippi (Natchez). I just orderd a Garrett GTI 2500 but with the holidays prob won't receive it until next year. Anyway just had to say hi to another Magnolia State resident.
