Default Brand new at this

Well hello all. I got my first metal detector for Christmas. First time out in my yard I found 4 quarters a dime and a penny.
I live in a house that is around 100 years old and it was a summer camp for a wealthy southern family. I figure I will eventually make some good finds here. Finding lots of junk but also some interesting stuff. If I keep at it I will know every inch of this 2.5 acer plot.
And on another note. Just to rub it in, I will be mowing my yard tomorrow.
Happy Hunding from Orlando, Fl.
