Thanks for the warm welcome everyone, hope to have some pics to put on here soon! Me and Pat went on detecting trip Monday, I wasn't sure about
the place she took me because she said there was wild hogs there so i was alittle nervous, as soon as we got there ,there were three coyotee's
and alot of cows!! I told her i hoped she did'nt mind if i jumped on top of her car if they started coming after us..lol. Well then i asked her if she was sure bigfoot wasnt coming out next, after all the wild critters it was a pretty good trip, we found some old stuff , I will try to have pics next post!!!

Yeah Charly was laughing pretty hard at me when I was jumping out to take pics of the coyotee's and when we rounded the bend and I said oh no look at all the cow's..... lol!!!!!!!

I bet you are laughing at me about them there cows......

I hope we don't see any aligator's on the next trip and I hope bigfoot stays in the woods!!!! lol!!!!

Y'all are just to funny ! Were's the pic's of the coyotees Pat ? I've tried to get some pic's of coyote's but there just to whily for me ! I had one almost walk right over me one day while i was sitting next to a haybale takin a break while detecting .But wouldent ya know the camera was in the car.

Hey Rip, how's it going!!!!....I didn't have my camera, complicated....was in other car....So I had Charly bring her camera....Will have to wait till she gets them posted or put on disc so we can post.....I hope they turned out!!! I know we got pics of them cows.....They just wouldn't get out of my way!!!! lol!!!!!!!

I will take pics of some of the finds we found.....Wish it could have been more productive, but we at least came home with a few items....Them cows need to get to eating that grass!!!!!! We jumped around from two different sites.....But we shall return again......I am off this week so am planning another trip today and soon will post some pics.....We had a great time!!!!!!!!!!!

Hope we get to go back and check out I think what is called Lake texoma...Someone correct me if I am wrong.........They say there are swimming areas and lots of artifacts....Not sure on the laws for this place but will be checking them out!!!!

Good luck ! Sounds like alot of fun ! I am once again dealing with frozen,snowy,wet muddy H_ell ! I have managed a couple of hunts and found a barber dime,and a silver rosie the last time out.But i cant wait to hit some of my coloniel sites most of wich are frozen or buried in cow pies !

Hey Pat,I got a cowpie story ! When i was about 14-15 a couple of my buddys and i were out hunting.We were crossing a cow pasture when I say's to my one friend "Hey i wonder what would happen if i shot that cow pie point blank with this 12 gage shotgun?" I KNEW what it would do but i also knew that my buddy was dumn enough to try it ! Well as i was running away i turned in time to see a fountain of cow poo go 30 feet into the air !And you can just imagine what my buddy looked like !
