Default Hellofrom sunny Alberta, Canada

Hi Everyone,

I just found this site yesterday,,, and like the look of this forum, the people seem real friendly! I've been detecting since 1976, I live beside a spring feed lake in central Alberta, Canada and do alot of waterhunting and a bit of land hunting. I use the Minelab Excalibur for water, SOV/GT with a 15" WOT coil, and the X-Terra 70 for land hunts. Looking forward to reading your posts & pic's. Good luck tecting

Thank you for the warm welcome everyone, it's good to see some others that are using the X-Terra 70 as well; I've only been out 4-5 times with the X-70 and find it to be an awesome detector, it likes Gold & Silver rings and our Canadian clad which is a bonus. I will be posting pic's & finds as soon as I return home from my folks in Regina, Saskatchewan next week. H.H.:-)
