Default New to the forum

Hello Everyone

This is my first post to the forum, though I have been reading it for a couple weeks and decided to join. I started detecting 30 years ago and mostly was a relic hunter. About 4 years ago my hunting partner and best friend died and I lost interest in hunting. I have recently been getting the fever and ventured out for the first time in a couple of years. Didn't find anything but had a good time.

I live in the lowcounry of South Carolina and hunt with a Whites xlt. I am debating with myself about buying a dfx, but just can't pull the trigger just yet because of the price. Well thanks for listening and hope to be posting some finds in the near future.

Good hunting

Thomas

Good luck, and happy hunting!

So very sorry for your loss. You have to be comfortable with whichever machine you choose. My only advice is don't buy too cheap you'll want an upgrade too fast. The sponsors can help let you know what choices are the best for the money. Happy Hunting.
