saturday at the beach
hit the beach twice today and got $4.15 in clad.
did not get my new coil for the sand shark but might go out with the stock coil tomorrow here on staten island. the good thing is that so far i have not seen anyone else swinging here, but, i talked to the beach patrol and they said they have seen a few different guys swinging at the adjoining beach. monday i hope to get the new coil and then go to coney island beach. i got a diamond gauge friday that gave me some good news - the diamond that the jeweler said was about 10 points is really 15 points. perhaps he was lowballing because i said i was considering selling the ring as i had found it detecting. donald
