ive found about 30 coins and an old brass spur since march. i look for indian artifacts quite often in an area that had about 150 houses up through the fiftys and a power co. bought about 5000 acres for a power plant tore down the houses churches and school and didnt do anything else. its on the ohio river in ky. there must have been thousand of indians here, and mentioned to my girlfriend it would be nice to have a detector to carry while searcing for artifacts. birthday came and so did the detector! anybody in my area or passing through wanting to hunt id be glad to take you there. found out the otherday from a fellow there was a ferry crossing there in the early 1800s and a toll house for a road to cinncinati before that. thanks for the welcome guys and gals. sam
