Hi , i have relatives in that area and as a kid i spent some time in jackson, do you know where manitau beach it's on devils lake and have you ever heard of historic walkers taven, i think it is in jackson?

Dave:

Being in the construction industry, I get around a lot in the area. I've done projects in Manitou Beach, and have a jobsite right now that's less than a mile from Walkers Tavern. I'm very familiar with the area.

Hmmm...never thought about it before now...but all those old lake cottages we're tearing down to build new ones would be ideal sites for treasure hunting :)
