Thanks everyone,
So, on my first night I found two old watch fobs. One from 1927 commerating the centenial of jamestown, ny. and the other from a company called Starrett tool. And then I found a token from an old store in Jamestown called the peoples store (a clothing store) and on the back there is a swastika symbol with the saying "membership emblem of the good value club" Pretty cool HUH?

Thanks for the photos! Those are really nice finds. I keep seeing watch fobs or key chain fobs that have been found. I have yet to find one. HH and good luck!

So....yesterday I realised how much I need to learn the tones of my m6. Me and my buddy went hunting. He's had a m6 for a year or so, so he's got it down. In the course of 3 hours, he found $3.62 in new change, and I found 12 cents and an old brass button. I've got alot to learn!

Default Welcome!

Hi Kolslaw - Welcome to TQ! Great pics of your finds...interesting stuff. I just got my first detector a couple of weeks ago and am still learning the tones. I think going out with someone more experienced is a real plus...learn lots of great things that way.

Good luck and Happy Hunting!
