Hello and welcome to TQ, Snowbird! I am happy to see you decided to join us! Sounds like you have 2 great locations to hunt. Hope that we will see some finds soon.

2 questions:

Are you going to prospect in AZ?

Also, do they grow garlic in Ajo, AZ?

I have done a little prospecting here in Az not much luck...i hope to go to Quartzsight and spend a few weeks soon.. there it is a little better...all the gold here where i live is called flour gold takes a special process to even see it!!!

Here in Ajo Garlic grows wild .. it comes up in the spring when we get any rain which is seldom, our average annual rain fall is under 3" per year ..the high summer temp. normally get to 120deg. for a few days .. i spend a lot of time in the desert in the winter we seldom get any freezing temps. maybe two times a year at night...i have seen snow flakes two times in 20years...
