Hey Supra (Kurtis);
I am actually just over the river by the commo. Barry bridge. Where do you live in SJ??? I do get over there to hunt occasionally and if you have a spot lined up I'll be happy to come help you learn even though I have a different detector. I've only been hunting since March but logged quite a few hours on my machine. I have the sniper coil too which I love.

I will not hunt in cold weather but when it warms up a bit will be glad to have you join my hubby, brother-in-law and I for a hunt or we will join you!!! My BIL is in Williamstown, I work in Collingswood, and we are very familiar with lots of SJ.

You can email me at cntrydncr1@hotmail.com if you want.

Default Welcome....

There is a club in South Jersey in Haddon Heights. If you can, you might want to check them out. Tell them Sanddigger sent you!!!

Good luck.

Hi, Kurtis and welcome to TQ! The possibilities for hunting sites is only limited by your imagination and the law. Federal parks are usually off limits and there are certain rules in NJ that you should become aware of. I suspect the Haddon Heights MDing Club can fill you in on the local rules.

Otherwise, check your local library for historical information about where old settlements and buildings were located. Look in our Tips section and ask friends and family members if you can hunt their yards.

Take care and let us know how we can help you!
