Default Hello

Hello Everyone,
Im a new guy from SouthWest Ohio. I have a new DFX detector and thus far have found 3 coins in my front yard all withing inches of each other. :) They were about 2 inches deep and all from 1976 mintings.
Half Dollar
Quarter
Dime
I have also detected at the beach at a local reservoir and found nothing. The sand if you can call it that was course and just a few inches down turned to clay. It was nasty stuff to dig in. Beaches are the one place in ohio that is definately ok to metal detect in.
I look forward to learning here and making men new friends!
Thanks
Pausitive
PS One day I'll find something that will pay for this machine.

Hey Pausitive, WELCOME to TQ !:santa1: Glad to have ya aboard. You Have a Great Detector in the DFX. It does have a little bit of a learning curve to it so just be patient and Practice and learn the Machine. The DFX is very capable of working wherever you may go. A very versitile detector. Don't know if you may already have the books by Jimmy Sierra and Dang I can't remember his name ( I think it may be Dick Stroud ) but I'm sure someone will chime in on them as they are very handy. Anyway Good Luck & HH and ask all the questions ya want cuz someone will be there to help ya.

Th:santa1: TINM:santa1:N
