Default Winter Coin Hunting in Beavercreek Oh

Hi,

Just started coin hunting in Beavercreek, Ohio. Found I can hunt through the snow early into winter. I use a Whites M-6 and my friend uses a Prizm V. He wants to know if there are any tricks to using the Prizm V. I have VDI numbers to help guide me and Jeff wonders if there is ANY way to tell more about what is down below the ground?

We are just two retired Air Force civilians having a great time--when our wives let us!

I found my first ring, after a month of hunting in parks, in a small kids park under two inches of snow (.925 silver).

We started using headphones and love it. I use earbuds and Jeff uses an $8 set of over-the-ear units from Big Lots.

Merry Xmas,
May your pan always show gold and may your batteries be evercharged!
