Default Purchase to first find, less than an hour

Hi all. Picked up my new Ace 250 just before 5:00 pm and dug my first find just before 6:00 tonight, a whatever is the opposite of mint 1963 penny in the back yard. Only made a bowling ball size hole to find it! I am on my way!!!! Will work on my digging before going public though! I have been visiting this site often over the past month and learned a lot before making a purchase. Thanks to everyone for your help, even though you weren't even aware of it. Kurt in Kansas City
