You've got that right, Rick. You'll never find a gold nugget on a treadmill. My doctor gave me the 'walk 2 miles a day to get rid of some extra pounds and drop your stress level' advice a few years ago. I tried that a couple of times and it was like pulling teeth to get out and just walk around with all the concerns about the job bouncing around in my head. When I wasn't stressing about work on these walks I was just plain bored.
Getting into metal detecting again was a Godsend. I've dropped 20 lbs. and I find it almost impossible to stress about the job while listening carefully for good tones, so I just listen for good tones. An hour or two of metal detecting is a Huge stress reliever and anything is better than the prescription medications that the pushers, oops I meant to say doctors are always trying to get you to take.

Hi Rick, welcome, your gonna like it here..
Was just in Reno about a week ago. I make several trips a year up to Virginia City, business/pleasure, love it up there.
Maybe we'll run into each other some time.. Good luck with the gold..
