Default Howdy; new guy from Georgia

Howdy, Ya'll

What a cool website! I found it tonight, surfing around for how-to information on restoring arrowheads (any tips?).

Anyhoo, I'm in western Georgia, and looking to get back into the great hobbies of metal detecting and point collecting. The wife and I used to spend many spare-time hours out in the woods and fields, and we're both chomping at the bit to get back into it.

For now, we've got our antique White's detectors, and mainly looking forward to getting back into the hobby. Looks like there's a ton of good posts to catch up on here, and it looks like a great community, too.

Glad I found this place!

Regards,
Robbie

Hi, Robbie and welcome to TQ! I am glad you found us! We have quite a few point enthusiasts here!

Glad to hear you are getting back in to it. The machines you have will still do their job and I would like to hear about it when they do!

I hope you find TQ to be what you have been looking for in an MDing forum. I settled here 2 years ago and call it home because it feels like it!

BTW, nice avatar!
