Im originally from Chicago...city boy from the North Side. Left Chi-town back in 1984 when I joined the Marines...fast forward to NOW and Im retired from the service and livin' in Florida...This is gonna sound crazy, I actually miss Chicago. My wife is also from there as that is where both are families are...have fun and let us all know here how good/bad or just plain funny your hunts went...

In my opinion check out transbaymetaldetectors.com.. For the best price on any metal detector call Greg and tell him that Rodney from South Carolina suggested that you call him for the best price. Just starting out you might want to consider a Garretts ACE 250 with a super sniper coil.
Price him. I did and he saved me lots of money. That's always good. Rodney
