First Finds
 Hi,I am new to Treasure Quest. I have been learning how to use my Titan 3000XD metal detector in my back yard. My yard is loaded with highly mineralized soil and iron trash. I finaly figured out how to find things other than old metal scrap and hot rocks. Today I got serious and detected some thing that has gotten me excited. Not much but a start. I found a Hot Wheels Ultra Hot car 7 inches down with a 1976 manufacturers date on the bottom. Also found a 1984 nickle and in the all metal mode a Thimble Bolt. That item is used by Electric companys for cable tie downs on telephone poles. Not much but a start. I am highly impressed with the Titan metal detector and feel that it is capable of detecting anything quite efficiently. My next plan is to search some parks and playgrounds in the area now that I have confidence in myself and my detector.
