Default New Guy

Hello everyone Just wanted to say what a GREAT site TQ is, I have found so many great research links by going through all the forums. I'm 48 bought my first detector a Garrett when I was about 23/24 years old, which by the way I still have, probably an antique by now!!! detected for a while then dropped out of detecting for a long time, then got back in about 5 years ago when I bought a Fisher CZ20 & really enjoyed it until I did to much detecting with that heavy bad boy & hosed my elbow. Haven't detected for the last two years because of elbow & shoulder issues, but those are over. Now my big news is I just bought a new Fisher F75 on Sat 4/12/08 but haven't used it yet as it is dang cold here still in SW WI. Suppose to be in the mid to upper 60s by the end of the week & can hardly wait to get out & use my new toy, I can hardly contain myself I'm so antsie to test it out!!! I'll let ya know how I do on my first few outings. P.S. question for everyone I have put a lot of work in gathering links & research sites for detecting, would anyone be interested in if I put some kind of list together so they could all put in one spot on the site & if so what would be the best way to do that? Let me know your thoughts as I would be happy to help out others if I can with one big place to grab a bunch of great links. Talk To Ya All Later!!!

Welcome to the forum! That F75 is a fine, fine machine!!! I found alot of stuff with mine and enjoyed it alot. If you ever need any help with settings feel free to ask me, I wrote down every setting I ever used and went through my test gardens with it. Enjoy, and get ready to post some finds!

Welcome to the site iwillcya! Glad to have you drop by, and hope you decide to stay.

Your suggestion sounds good to me. Run it by Greg and see what he thinks, Beale.
