howdy from Iowa
Just wanted to say hi to everyone from Iowa............. I already posted in another part and said hi but I figured I would so it in here too.
How do I get the forum to notify me when I get a reply to my posting??

Hi, 92, and wlcome to TQ. We are happy to have you as a member!
If you want notifications sent to you via email when someone posts to a thread, Click on ' User CP' in the dark blue bar above and to the left, then click on 'Edit Options' in the 'Settings & Options' box. In the 2nd box down titled 'Messaging and Notifications', there is a box marked " Default Thread Subscription Mode'. Choose the notification you want and then go to the bottom of the page and click 'Save Changes" and you are all set for email notoifcations to subscribed thread! Then go back to the message you want to subscribe to receive a notification for and click on 'Edit'. When the screen opens click on 'Go Advanced" When that screen opens, scroll down until you see 'Thread subscriptions' in the 'Additiobnal Options' box. Mark what kind of notification you want. When you create a thread that you want to receive notifications, just mark teh option before you post the thread. That should take care of it. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
