I have been invitet to go to a very Remote Place were there have been found gold before.. now my question...

If i find gold is it legal to take it .. i am not a member of a club and have no Claims.. what do i do .. and how.

TIGER, Is this place private owned, Open land, Government owned....If it is open land then that would make a world of difference....PAPPY

If you are going with the land/ claim owner, no problem. If it is government owned and not open to prospecting, thats when the problems occurs.
