Default how good is this machine

i am new to coin hunting and am thinking of buying a bounty hunter pioneer 202 to start out with. i dont know how to tell if this machine is any good. can any one tell me what they think. also how deep can a metal detector detect a small coin? which brandys and models go the deepest and why?

Hi,
Yes the Bounty Hunter is a good starting detector. After you get to know your detector it surely will reward you with great finds and enjoyment.

I use the Whites Spectrum XLT and have found a few coins at 12 to 13 inches deep.
