Props to TQ
I've seen a few posts lately about how friendly the people are here and I have to say it's been great being part of this forum for the short time I've been here. I joined two forums to try to get a CW bullet identified. The other (which will remain nameless) seem to be so stiff and rigid. Here, I feel that everybody is cheering everybody else on. It's keeping me motivated in the world of MD. Thanks! I think I'll stick around a while.

Glad to hear it.
crbhood, thats nice to hear. We do try to help each other here and a great find by anyone of us is like a personal thrill for all of us. I, like others, realize that there things I know and can pass on to others to help them succeed and vise versa.
I have also learned little known bits and pieces in other parts of the country that I have little or no expectation of returning to, so I wish to pass them on to others who may be able to use them to find success in their area. ( e.g. General Discussion area my reply to Eastern, NC post by GySgt USMC is a not so well known piece of history to TH'ers.) If I can help someone else then I feel I have a share in their success and thats a great feeling. SWC Joe

I agree with you, Crbhood, about how much friendlier this forum is than most of the others. I've been away from here for awhile doing other things and it was nice to come back and see what folks have been up to. Didn't read all 1394 posts since my last visit, but did catch up on some.

Hello and welcome crbhood, I also agree with you on this site being a friendly place. I stumbled in here while doing some research a few months ago looked around a bit and needed a user name to see something, our little dog Gizmo was helping me compute so I borrowed his name.

I most certainly agree. TQ has so many MD Vets here that will do anything to help a newbie like myself. I feel so much more confident in hunting because of this website. Thanks for this thread so we can give all these cudos to the admins.

i love treasure quest
this is a great friendly place to belong. i havent been here long but have met some really cool folks and those i havent met i am looking forward to it. i have been banned from another site and never got a chance to make a single post. oh well life is good hear. it is very family oriented and very friendly. a great bunch of guys and gals. Welcome to treasure quest.... i gotta go its time for my spelling and typing lessons LMAO
