julie , here's a couple of deep signals i dug , but on another occasion the same signal was a pocket spill with a 1940 walker , a 56 rosie , a 1935 buffalo nickle and 2 wheaties , with a spike just like these on top of them, so you never know what might be there

Julieburger, do not trust the Target ID or lock on feature. Sometimes you must trust your GUT.......................Of course, if in doubt DIG. It really helps to join a local detecting club. I always enjoyed watching other people hunt and viewing their different hunting styles and digging techniques! One is never too old to learn something New...............Joe

Thank you everyone. Dave I find those nails some too. I would like to find a club b/c I just hunt the same farm everyday. Of course it is just starting to give up stuff besides foil. i learn something about the x70 everyday but I have a long way to go until I master this booger.
