I agree after rain the ground is softer!!! On my second trip out it had rained before and that is the day that I came back with the most finds...

Probe
The probe also allows you to exactly pinpoint your target instead of taking the chance of diggin more and ruining your target with the digger.
NOTHING MORE EXASPERATING than hitting your target with your digger and putting dents and scratches all over it.
