Default Michigan detecting site

I'm new to the hobby and was thinking of going to a park near my house here in Michigan. Has anyone here in Michigan ever been to Hinze Park in Wayne county. Let me know if you have and did you have any success there.

That is a very large park, narrow but miles long. Where were you planning on entering?
I thought I would start around the Inkster road enterence. In the winter that area is used for sledding and softball in the summer. Now all I need is my new detector to get here. It shipped today.

Thumbs up

Good luck in the park, Jeff. I see you have already figured out to look where the kids play. Let us know how it goes.
