Rob,
Do you know how to delete your browser cookies? I bet thats the problem.. What error does it give you?

i delete my cookies once a week. it says "authentication error wrong name or password"

Hi Rob,
I used your username and password and it worked great! Try this: first delete the powerplayer from your computer then download it again....This is important....BEFORE you start the download you will see RUN and SAVE, please SAVE it to your documents or desktop then run it from there. and let me know. And your right,....I would have never guessed that password Thanks,
