Default 10” X 14” Elliptical Double D EXcelerator

ANyone ever used this coil UPS just drped it off to me today havent had time to use it

Who has used it ot heard good things about it

In general you will find that a double DD coil won't miss a dime on edge like the concentrics can.

John , do any of these coil makers do any testing to predict things like coverage and depth? Just curious. JC

We have field testers all over the US. Results will vary for area to area due to different soil conditions, but one thing I have noticed is that the larger Excelerator coils do not lose much sensitivity on small objects.

JRW is right I found a peace of a pull tab about 11 inchs its no bigger then a small Splitshot sinker this coil is awsome The penny I found was at 10 inchs 1918 Wheatie It does go alot deeper I recomend this one

I know this thread is from last year but what the heck!

I've used the 10x14 Excelerator EQ2 on my SEs and absolutely love it! The coil performs very good here in Southern Colorado! It's very sensitive. I did get rid of the coil cover, opting to Dupont BED-LINER mine instead. The stuff sells for about $8 a can at Walmart and is great at protecting your coils.

afew of our club members use this coil and have nothing but good things to say about it.
judging by what they find i think i'll be getting one soon.
