does anyone know how too...
reduce the size of a picture,to avatar size by any other means than cropping? thanks. tom:santa1:

If your running xp you can resize to 240x320 with windows resizer!

I use this a free resizer program. I have not tried photobucket, but this one is very easy, Beale.
