Technical Problem or is it?
Hello-
I am having a problem lately NOT getting the notifications of new post which I have posted to. I most of the time choose the "Get Notification by email" when I make a post but I am not getting any responses after I have posted and once I come back to the board, it shows I have posted to the topic before but there are others who have posted on there and I have not received the notification. What could be wrong? It's not in my spam box. Thanks for your help! Hope I posted this in the right place.

Hi, Sonja! I am not certain but I will give it a try.
Once you post a thread, I think you have the option of choosing to "Subscribe to this thread" in the "Thread Tools" drop down menu along the top of the note. I beleive that if you choose "Subscribe to this thread" it should send you an email notice as long as you have this allowed in your Profile. To check this, click on "User CP" (User Control Panel) oin the upper left hand of this screen and under "Settings and Options" click on "Edit Options" . Look to see that you have enabled thread subscriptions to your email. Let me know if I can be of further assistance!

Thanks Steve! I went into the Control Panel and chose the default to receive Notification Immediately. I had thought you could do that after you make each post. I know this is how it's done on other message boards. Anyway, we will see if I receive any now. Thanks for your help.

By default it is set to weekly email notifications. I set it that way because many folks don't want emails everyday. Let us know if your getting your email notices.

Oh No.... nothing is working. I went into the settings and chose the Immediate notifications and also chose that on the post I subscribed to and then went into my email filter to make sure they are not there. Well, none are there either. I can come to the boards and see where there have been new post but I didn't get the notification. I added TQ to my address book as well so now I don't know what the problem is. I haven't received a notification since Jan. 24th at 10:57pm EST. Any ideas what could be wrong? Thanks.
