a really small coil with a good discriminater? I was thinking a 4 or 5 " coil would suffice. I get tired of all the multiple signals using a large 10" coil. Gives me a headache. I thought a small coil would allow me to dig fewer- but better targets.

I've been detecting for over 15 yrs but instead of avoiding the really trashy areas- I'm going back to areas I would not have hunted simply because they were too trashy at the time. I've had plenty of experience- believe me. I just need a different piece of equipment to hunt them.
