$500 dollar bill

Does anyone know where I can get a genuine $500 bill? It will be for a Xmas present for my bride. I think they might be a collector item, and I'm not going to pay a fortune for one.

You can only purchase one thru a dealer or collector. They are not used commercialy anymore. Looked on ebay they had some for about $800 up to over $2000.

I believe they are only used for transactions between the US Treasury, and the Federal Reserve
