Titan 3000 XD ?

Any one have or use the Titan 3000 XD ?
looks like it has all the bells and whistles at a good price
I have a real cheap metal detector from the early to mid 1980's .found a few coins and a very old Darenger..

well looks like I am the one thats going to get his feet wet first with the Titan 3000XD .. I bit the bullets and have one on the way as I type ..
I will write a review of the Detector after I give it a good trying out :)
so lets just wait and see how it preforms. and will give it a work out at one of Gen Joseph Hookers encampments which is located on my cusins farm and he has never let any one metal detect there except one time in the last 50 years and they stole two hogs so that ended that .. but I will have a free hand there and as well on my 150 acre farm 5 miles down the road from his :)

hi, i have also purchaced the titan 3000 , the problem for me is i am a very green rookie at detecting , i have wanted to take up the hobbie for many years and 3 months ago i purchased 2, the titan 3000 xd also the seben professional 5002, i have no clue how to calabrate the machines nor do i know how to use them,the directions that came with them are not so good , any tips from you professionals?i am new to your forum but you will be seeing me alot, thanks

i think the 3000xd is the same as the 3300 fisher except for color and arm rest. miss john is using the 3300 ive used it some. easy to learn just read and reread the manual. i'll try to get the manual on line later for the 3000xd and see if indeed its the same.
