Dirty clad quarters

I am wondering if the discolored blackened clad quarters will work in vending machines or for the carwash. Would it be wrong to use them this way?

yup theyll work. i use them all the time for laundry

i dont see anything wrong with it. its still US currency.

I turn mine in at the bank , last month almost 70.00. I mix em with a lot of clean coins ,.
