What is this

I am new to this and I have found some items that are made by ER Williamson. He was a die cast maker from mn in the early 1900's. I found a brass tag with a hotel name on it. I think it is a baggage tag but I can't find any other known examples. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hard to say without a picture, but it sounds like a room key tag.
