Monthly newsletter?

We have a lot of members signed up, but not many contribute. Is it possible to set up a monthly newsleter, and have members sign up to receive it? I would be more than happy to try and set it up amd take care of it, if that would be OK with you? I could go through the memberlist and send a letter asking anyone interested to respond. It's just a thought. Would like to see more contributors to the forum. Let me know what you think???

I've always wanted to have a newsletter here but unfortunatly I am very busy at work this time of year :(

If you would like to get one going I'm all for it Send me the email message that you want to send to all TQ forum and TQ auction members and I will send it to them. We could even place a link to each newsletter here at the forums.

What I would like to say:

There will soon be a monthly news letter published for the forum. If anyone is interested in subscribing to the newsletter, please send your email address to; mhardy53@alltel.net

Also, if anyone would like to contribute articles to the newsletter please feel free to send it also to the above address.

When the newsletter is finished it will be sent to your inbox of your email address. If you join and want to later cancel, you can do so at anytime.

I will try to have the letter published the first week of every month.

Right now I'm working 7 days a week but when I slow down maybe in Sep, I want to get together to do some digging.

I am really enjoying participating in this forum. I hope we can get together in Sept also. Rob and I had a great time last Saturday. I am looking forward to getting together with him again. I especially want to get some pictures of the bears up there. I hope the newsletter works out for us.

I hope to get together again real soon Mike. This time I hope to have Greg along also. I researched a good area up here to check. Its an old village on a piece of large land that we have permission to detect. I went over this evening with the family to check it out. Very promising. I didnt take the detector but I did manage to find an awesome petrified stump!!!!! Lets get together soon!

If ever you want someone to go with you, just let me know. I am doing some research down here too and I have found a few old cemetaries and a few old homesteads. However, the weeds are just to high to get around. these are sites for early spring. I have been studying my book real close. There are so many old places on these maps I just need to find them and get permission from the owners.
I will keep you posted on my progress...
