Thanks for the post. About the time you posted it yesterday, we were on a road trip to see some Eagles that are nesting close to a dam in Guntersville. We took a side trip to a covered bridge that was on the way. I have seen a couple but this one was still in operation. The weather was on the cool side but we rolled down the windows to listen to the bridge creak and pop as we drove across it.
I will use the link to plan other trips to local bridges. Thanks again.
