Well, I for one hope he proves that theory wrong. I try to stay optomistic and I don't have sunshine in any nether regions.

The way I see it, if people were there (and he says he thinks it used to be a toll bridge $ and ferry crossing $) looks like there's a possibility of money. When it all boils down, nobody really knows unless you put the coil to the ground. Why not try and see?

If you can't find any better spots by all means he should hunt it.

So far this is the only structures I found in the area. The woods around the pillars has decent room for MD, after that it gets dense.

Whoa!! That certainly looks like a great place to hunt. Obviously plenty of human traffic there (recently and years ago) If indeed it was a toll, the odds are there are coins either in the brush, on the banks or right in the river!
