Default Sitting = treasure

Notice how a lot of change accumulates in your couch? Why is that? The couch-pocket dynamic of course! Couches are not the only place we sit. We sit in many places. Think of where people sit in the public world, or better yet, think of where people sat a long time ago. Old train stations, ancient sport spectators arenas. These are places where objects of value fell out of people pockets.

Another way to accidentally loose your money is by fumbling with change. Find places that used to deal with money, such as old race tracks, or other types of old booming capitalistic attractions (carnivals, auctions, you get the drill).

I can't really vouch for this approach since I've never tried it... but it seems logical.

I hunted the washer yesterday, found my own dollar bill in my pocket.

My oldest sons car is the best place for me. He hates pocket change and just throws it on the floor.

There was no detecting for her lol "mtpockets" that's another reason I came up with my User name..
My wife is the same way! Even after I tell her that I've checked to make sure the pockets are empty before I throw my dirty clothes into the hamper - she checks again before they go into the washer...guess the fact that she still finds stuff makes her that way!
