Default 1849 church request

Wrote my first formal request to a church board of trustees this week.I started by calling-and the woman who called me back told me where to address a letter. She sounded a bit excited, told me the church was built in 1849.One of the first churchs in the area (south of chicago).

With the letter, I drew a diagram of how I would cut a plug and remove a artifact, explained how I would draw a rough map of the grounds and label where my finds were found.Stated I would return to the church any religeous or historical artifacts, some coins, some jewelry and a copy of the map so they could do a display for there parishoners.

Im not in it for the money-so well see what pops outta those grounds. Anyway-it never hurts to give back and make it worth their while too.

Finally I included a copy of the code of ethics.

I really wanted to cover all my bases so that it would be a shoe-in.Ill keep ya all updated.
