Thanks for the link, BackyardBandit. I see it's a Windows program. Wonder how it stacks up to sites like Google Earth?

Default Gee Thanks

Thats a dang good link. I like the road map feature as well as the aerial views. Road map seems to be very accurate for my city. Thanks.

Nice will add to the resources.

Dont forget Google Earth also, they allow more zoom on the Aerial views. I found outlines of where buildings once stood thats now grassy farm land with the zoom.

On the Local Live Search maps be sure to check out "Birds Eye View" they are actual photos from planes i believe. It gives you another look at the area your interested in with great detail.

I found some structures hidden in the trees this way I could not see with Google earth or with Live Satellite photos

Thumbs up Maps for free

I've been using the maps here to help with my research of sites. Seems to topo maps that include buildings not included on other maps.
Welcome to Maptech! USGS Topographic Maps and NOAA Nautical Charts with Navigation Software, GPS
The historical maps are very helpful also if your site is on them.
