Default Sub Forum

I would like feedback from our members on the following:

I am planning on asking Greg for a sub forum under rockhounding that will include places to go roundhounding/gem collecting/creeking etc. that will include maps to get to these locations all throughout the U.S. IF THERE IS ENOUGH INTEREST.

The maps will include many maps that I have collected over the years and what you may expect to find at these locations when you get there.

Possibly along with a little story to go with each.

Please let me know your feelings on this sub forum...THANKS ALL !

Hey PAPPY,

That would be a nice addition for sure. So many of these hobbies we do, overlap. Anything that would make things easier to browse and to get to is great.

I'm relatively new to the site. My biggest concern is that the site can still stay manageable for the Moderators as it looks to be growing by leaps and bounds. I don't know how you all do it.....but let me say THANK YOU TO ALL THE MODERATORS FOR ALL THE STUFF YOU DO!

Hawk

I think thats a great idea Pappy! It just seems that it should be a part of our site as it is hunting treasure in the rock and gem form..

I like the stand alone forum with sub forums idea. Either way, I would love to see some od Pappy's maps and could probably add a few myself.
