Default My best day yet!

I only went out this afternoon for about 2 hours. I had found an old civic center in town and hit it. Saw a big ole bush on one corner and decided to start at that.

The first hit, and dig produced 3 quarters, one nickle, and a dime! Nice little pocket drop. I found also at same center a metal wrist watch band, and an older small brass button. My total clad count was $1.17 so you can see the first hole was most of it.

I just can not get over how much I like this hobby, Beale.

Smile Nice finds.

Nice finds, good research.
Isn't it neat how sometimes you seem to be drawn to just the right spot to swing the coil? I have done that a few times too. Get to a site and be pulled off in a certain direction and find my best find or spill of the day right off. It's like being in tune with the universe.
I think we all agree, this is one helluva great activity!
Happy hunting and keep up the good research!
