Silver Coin, Silver Ring, Good Luck Necklace, & Wheaties & Clad What A Day!!!

Got out for another 3 hours today. Had to make a balloon delivery to a town almost an hour from where I live. Stopped at a park I have never been to before. Not a bad start in the first hour of hunting I got the 1950 Silver Rossie & the 2 Wheaties & the Good Luck necklace. (How lucky is a good luck necklace if you lose it & someone else finds it ???)

The rest of the day was pretty much just the clad, 8 Quarters, 7 Dimes one silver & 17 pennies 2 wheaties & then in the last 30 mins of hunting I got that big Silver Mens Ring which is pretty good size with some wgt to it. After I got the Ring it just hit me I have quite a streak going as that make's 4 hunts in a row with jewelry finds 3 rings & one necklace piece. Techniquely 2 pcs jewelry today with the ring & the good luck necklace. I also believe I have found a bullet in the last 3 hunts so yet another streak there. Think I'm gona take Friday off from hunting, as I have hunted probably 6 or 7 straight days 3 to 5 hours each day & my hands & wrists are getting a bit sore from digging. 41 hours of hunting in the past 22 days, I think I might be ready to go Pro!!! Gona rest up for a day & then probably pull a couple of all day hunts Sat & Sun as the wife is gona be gone all weekend visiting her parents.

The water photo's show part of the park under water from all the rain we had a week ago. Major flooding in lot's of areas.

Nice Will. All I can say is you must be pretty young to dig that much and you've got an understanding wife. Nice finds. Persistence pays off. Have you guys dried off yet?

Congratulations on the finds. Nice to be able to pull up to a new spot and hit some good stuff right away! How did you decide what area to check first and what area of the park did you decide to start in?
