The same thing goes here in Colorado - especially when you get up into the mountains...bears, lions, wolves, etc. Heck, I have coyotes outside my back door nearly every night...they don't worry me, and even the bears don't worry me - but a man-stalking lion would be a different matter!

this is a tough thing...when big cats and humans collide. just like shark attacks though...when you're in their domain you're fair game. going out with a partner doesn't guarantee your safety at all. neither does being armed, although it helps. capturing and relocating this animal won't help the problem...it will just give it a differant buffet table to pick from, unless it is relocated in a remote wilderness area void of humans.(far and few inbetween.) and we're at the top of the food chain????
