Default How do you make a ring from a coin...?

Anyone have info on how to make a ring out of a coin like the guy on fleaBay where it looks like the coin is folded into itself so you can read the year or the motto...? I found this interesting video on utube but it is done a little differently...Thanks

I made one! I made my wife's wedding ring using the same method too. Poured a disc out of gold and Tap, Tap, Tap with a S.S. spoon.

I just started making some, the writing on both sides is a different process, you have to use a solid ring mandrel.
Here is some I made a quarter,half & penny...
