Default V3 was 21% sure it was a ring!

And it was right!

I swept over the target numerous times, once it said 30% or more I knew
it was right.... in this case it was a large pop can ring, worth digging for sure.... could been a good ring.

If you look next to the VDI number (just above where it says VDI) you can
see that the V3 was 21% certain that it was reporting a correct VDI.

Even if it reports different VDI's with each pass, it tells the % probability
each time.... very nice tool to have.

Also, there is a small black line under the Spectragraph that indicates the
target size, in this case about an inch.

I have come to trust the V3, whenever it reports a VDI at 30% or more it is
likely correct, over 50% for sure! (I keep checking though..DIG)

This photo is actually a bad representation, but I was trying to juggle too
many things, and take a picture on top of that.... I will try to get a better
shot next time.

Tomorrow I drive to the state capitol to help someone find a wedding band,
maybe if I remember, and I actually find it, can get a shot then?

Looks like the V3 manufacturers didn't want that little tidbit to get out just yet.

Thanks for the info! I do not understand why trying to help others is bad? Anyhow I am glad you like the V3, Beale.
