Welcome to the TQ!

I have never heard of the Upgrade your talking about.

Is this a Mr Bill Mod?

Mr Bill does excellent work but not done by Whites.

The guy I'm buying it from has paperwork from whites when he had it done.
I have heard of it before,I just don't know much about the quantum ll except for it's supossed to have all of the same features as the XLT but better discrimination.

Just because I've never heard about it don't me they don't do it.

As far as I know it's just a Chip Change.

Default Whites Quantum ll

I did get the quantum ll but haven't had a chance to use it.
I played with it some.
It's a lot like the xlt but not as many preset programs and it doesn't tell you what denomanation. It just says coin.
I will give more info after I use it.

I had read about this model coming out BEFORE the XLT. Im not sure if it was able to discriminate better or not, but I'm sure its a good machine...I think I posted something about it earlier in the year, check some older posts...
