Default Garrett Ace 250

I recently bought a used Ace 250... it's a 05 model and in excellent shape. My question is, outside of a coil upgrade (it has the 6.5x 9) is there any upgrades internally to the unit I might need to be aware of on this model or are they built just the same today as they were then?

Thanks

Leave the inside guts alone.....The machine is great and you do not need to upgrade anything in the electronics at all......

Kenny said it already...only thing to do is buy a 4" sniper coil for trashy areas and if you hunt large open areas and want some depth...go for the 10"x 14" excellerator coil

I don't believe there have been any "upgrades" to the ACE 250 , but you can always give Garrett a call and they will let you know.
