White's Service Dept
I know that this is the KellyCo thread area.. but this is for White's Service Dept. I just got of the phone with Todd in Oregan . My machine suffered broken parts.. i sent pictures to Todd @ the service center in Oregan. he assured me that the parts will be replaced and shipped out before Thanks- Giving.. which is like in a day or 2. I just gotta say, ..." how many other companys have you ever dealt with with this kind of excellant service??" Hats off to KellyCo for selling product from such a great company. Thank you White's for such a great service dept.. and people like Todd. Mikey

I have never head of or seen a post of Whites lacking in there service or Responses to detectors problems.
I've never seen a post were Kellyco has not responded to issues with any Items they have sold. They Always Respond in a positive fashion. They Replace the Item if it was purchased in the the not so distant past. Or assist in getting the Item to the correct repair facility. They sell the Items and can not be held accountable as to warranties and or repair. But they sure do there best! Yep! Two First Rate Outfits to be sure.
